Seeing the invisible

John 3:8 “The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”

There are many things in this world that are invisible yet we know that they are there. For example the wind. Wind is air that moves. Air is invisible. Yet we all know that the wind is there. We only see the effects of the wind, not the wind itself.

So it is with someone who has the Spirit of God. You do not see the Spirit in or on that person, but you can feel it. It is like a calm breeze cooling you down on a hot beach. The breeze is invisible, but you can feel the effect.

When a storm comes through trees snap and things change position. When a breeze blows, people get refreshed. When you come through, are things changing position? Are people being refreshed?
