Have you ever had a “Suddenly” day? I hope so. You were wanting to marry the girl. “Suddenly” there was a day she said yes. You needed a breakthrough financially. “Suddenly” there was a day when miraculous provision was yours. You were down and out – broken and sick. “Suddenly” there was a day where everything changed – healing was yours.
Zaccheus was looking for Jesus. Suddenly Jesus asked if they could have a meal together. Paul and Barnabas were wanting to preach to the ends of the world. Suddenly there was a day they were asked to go:
Acts 13:2 While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.”
Now I will tell you a secret. A lot of “suddenlies” happen in a moment of special encounter with God. When you set time aside to pray and fast. When there is a conference. When there is a special altar call. “Suddenly” it is your day.
Expect it. Seek it. Experience it.
